• Keep it clean: Try to spot-clean any small marks as soon as they appear.
• Handle with care: Our dolls and accessories are for gentle play and display. Avoid rough handling, as this can damage the yarn fibres.
• Protect from sun: To prevent the colours from fading, keep your handmade item out of direct, prolonged sunlight.

For best results, we always recommend hand washing, especially for dolls with delicate features.

• Hand Washing: Fill a basin with cold water and a small amount of mild, gentle soap. Submerge the item and gently squeeze it to clean. Do not rub or wring it.
• Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly under cold water until all soap is gone.
• Drying: Gently squeeze out any excess water (do not twist or wring). Reshape your item and lay it flat on a clean towel to air dry.

Machine Washing: This is not recommended for our delicate dolls with safety eyes or intricate details. However, simple knitted items or larger home products may be machine washed on a cold, gentle cycle inside a laundry bag. Always lay flat to dry. Remember to always check your product description for care instructions or any care card that may be included.

• Dolls with Accessories: Any delicate attachments like bows, veils, or tiny flowers should be spot-cleaned or removed before washing if possible.
• What to Avoid: Please do not bleach, iron, or tumble dry your handmade items, as this will damage the yarn and the shape of the product.
