Love & Stitch's Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order with Love & Stitch! We're excited for you to receive your unique, handmade item. We understand that getting your order to you in a timely and safe manner is a top priority, and we've outlined our shipping process below to keep you informed. 

• In-Stock Items: Orders for items that are in stock typically take 1-2 business days to process and package before they are shipped.
• Personalised & Custom Items: As these are handmade to order, production time can take up to 60 days, depending on the item's complexity and our current order volume. This time is in addition to the shipping time.

United Kingdom

Standard Shipping (Orders Above £100.00): Free Shipping (2 to 4 business days)

Standard Shipping (Orders Below £100.00): £4.99 (2 to 4 business days)

Europe (EU)

Standard Shipping: £20.00 (Delivery times will vary)

Rest of the World

For shipping to other countries, like the US, Canada, or Australia, please contact us at sales@loveandstitch.co.uk for a shipping quote.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as they can be influenced by factors outside of our control, such as shipping company processes and unforeseen delays.

We can change your delivery address as long as your order has not yet been packaged. If you need to modify your address, please email us as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees and taxes applied to their order in their respective countries. 

We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to their materials or size. We will notify you if your order is affected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

If your order is confirmed as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 2 business days. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier. 

We take great care in creating and packaging your order. If your item arrives damaged or you believe there has been an error with your order, please take photos of the product and its packaging and contact us immediately. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how we handle these issues.
